Qigong outside in the sunshine followed by reading comics in my rainbow cave. I’m like sonic the hedgehog in my mind dodging and racing past these bad thoughts to get those golden rings of positivity. It’s hard but I keep myself mentally stable by cooking and cleaning, recording music because I am able. No labels will tie me down I am free of judgement. Don’t need acknowledgement just wanna be a helper. Telling her him or them, they are capable. This system tries to control us they try to break us but you can win this game of psychology, you can tap out of the race and face the world. See how nature wants to provide for us we just have to nourish her. Be there for one another. Feed the people as a community forget about individuality we are all one in reality. So come with me let’s take a journey into the hills forget about your bills. No more sitting and wishing on your window sill you are so ill. Own that sit in the green grass and be still meditate on how great our society and be and manifest these things.
